Our Story
Wallace Foods was started
in 1937 by Emmett Wallace out
of his home. In the early years,
only a limited line of dry retail
groceries were sold. Among
these products was a complete
line of retail packed pickles. We
became known over the years as
the pickle peddlers.
Today We are many things:
Today, Wallace Foods inventories over 1,900 products in dry, frozen, refrigerated and paper disposable
categories. A far cry from just pickle peddlers. Wallace Foods can supply your needs.
Wallace Foods distributes
foodservice products
across 12 Ohio counties
in northeast Ohio.
